How do you get your urxvt windows to be slightly transparent and borderless? Since they are borderless how to you move them?

I use transset-df to set the transparency.
As for the border, I simply tell Openbox to remove all window decorations and if I want to move the window I can either re-enable the decorations or simply evoke alt-space to bring up the application menu and move it that way.
