Jorge Arellano Cid recently announced that Dillo, a small light-weight GTK+ web browser written in C, has been frozen due to the lack of funds and manpower.

The Dillo project's web site will be updated with an official statement regarding the situation after he is able to get back in contact with Sebastian Geerken, a core developer for the project, and arrange a virtual meeting to discuss the issues.
